Every engagement starts with a structured listening session. We ask about the change, the people affected, the existing communication channels, and where the leadership team's confidence sits.

Step 02

Write it down

We produce a written output for every engagement. For the readiness note, this is a short document. For the communication framework, it is a structured set of templates and a calendar. For the retainer, it is a monthly note.

Step 03

Stay alongside

Short engagements close cleanly. Retainer clients have continued access to their adviser through the programme's key milestones. We adjust the advisory focus as the programme moves forward.

Change Readiness Note for Owner-Led Firms

A short engagement for Malaysian companies preparing for a structural change — a new system, a new location, a reorganisation. We sit with the leadership team, ask a structured set of readiness questions, and produce a short written note describing where the team sits and what conversations could usefully happen before the change starts. Educational and advisory only.

The framework covers internal-message timing, audiences within the company, written templates for key updates, and a calendar of touchpoints. We deliver the framework and two workshops with the project sponsor and communications lead.

Programme Steward Advisory Retainer

A six-month advisory retainer supporting a Malaysian company's internal change-programme owner. Cadence is fortnightly calls, monthly written notes, and ad-hoc support around key milestones. We act as an external sounding board on cadence, sequencing, and internal communication. The client team retains all execution and decision-making.
